We're often asked how long in advance of the Super Bowl do we usually start our process. Truth is, it varies. Sometimes, it's a couple of months before, and other times it could be as little as 10 days before the game.

This one was nearly 7 months in advance. The earliest of all for us. When any spot is completely music/song driven, we are the first involved once the concept is sold to the client. Just the way we like it.

For us to create a New Orleans arrangement of one of the best songs of all time and to work with Shaboozey and his team was just awesome. We've been listening to this countless times a day, developing it for over half a year while watching how all the cuts with our adorable armless Nerds and huge Gummy dude developed, and it never got old. It always made us smile, and still does.

Thank you to all at Digitas North America and Ferrara for reaching out to JSM again for the big game. Let's do it next year and get that Nerdy Gummy Super Bowl Three-Peat!
